Bruce A. Thames joined Thermon in April 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Thames was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer and appointed as a member of the Board of Directors on April 1, 2016.Mr. Thames began his career with Cooper Industries (formerly Intool), where he spent 12 years in various roles within the product engineering, marketing and operations groups.
