GAP Process
The YPC GAP process is based on decades of connecting CEOs through CEO Connection. It is designed to be the equivalent of your annual physical, but for your career.
Each year you go through the YPC Annual Diagnostic. Based on the diagnostic results, we co-create a plan and set goals for the year. We then implement the plan and assess results. If you achieved your goal, you renew the membership and go through the process again. If we do not achieve your goal we extend your membership until we do… because we guarantee the results.
Connections
The people you meet range from CEOs who are interested in helping you to peers with whom you can share knowledge. It is no longer about who you know. It is now about who we know and who our members know which we then put to work to help you.
Member Advocate
Responsible for getting things done for you., your member advocate manages your growth plan and refers CEOC functional experts and CEOs (as needed) in areas including: personal wealth, leadership training, communication skills and job search support
