About Young Professional Connection
Young Professional Connection takes the wasted time and randomness out of building your network.
Our Mission
Young Professional Connection is the only membership organization in the world developed with mid-market CEOs and focused exclusively on young professionals.
Our mission is to help young professionals succeed. We accomplish this by connecting them with each other—connecting them with people, information, resources and opportunities to which they would otherwise not have access—and representing the interests and perspectives of young professionals to the mid-market.
It is all about young professionals helping each other and changing the world!
There is Strength in Numbers
YPC develops programs and benefits that we can do better collectively than you can do on your own.
Everything we do is based on three principles:
Enlightened self-interest: You have to give to get and when you help someone else, everyone wins.
Tangible results: Networking and events are a means to an end, not an end unto themselves. The events are just an inefficient channel of distribution.
Relationships are the key to everything: There is no selling allowed.

History
Kenneth Beck and Jason Beck created Young Professional Connection to facilitate peer relationships among young professionals, as well as bridge the gap between young professionals and mid-market CEOs.
While CEOs know how to build a network, but often don’t have the time, the young professionals have the time, but often don’t know how to build the network. Jason and Kenny realized that they can provide unique access for young professionals to CEOs, who can provide their expertise and advice. In turn, CEOs get access to top tier young professionals, who can give honest insight into how their generation thinks, acts, works, and buys.
In August 2024, Jason and Kenneth held the first Young Professional Advisory Board Meeting with eight young professionals and 15 CEOs about real world issues that companies face regarding the new generations. The discussion was open, honest and enlightening to all who attended. Both groups walked away from the conversation shocked: the CEOs heard feedback that they could not get anywhere else, and the young professionals saw a legitimate interest from the CEOs to improve the workplace based on the young professionals’ feedback. This, along with the continued support of the members of CEO Connection, laid the groundwork for YPC.
Today, Young Professional Connection is a dynamic, rapidly growing network of young professionals.
