Ric has been an entrepreneur his entire career. He has founded, managed, and exited businesses in the health care, education, restaurant and financial services industries. He has served as Regional Director of Wealth Management & Private Client Services for three national commercial banks providing comprehensive financial services to privately held middle market business owners with business values ranging from $5mm to $500mm. He is an Exit Planning Strategist, Certified Financial Planner for 25 years, Life insurance agent, and Securities Principal. Currently he is CEO and Co-founder of EXIT IQ and CEO of Wealth IQ Advisors. For the past 17 years Exit IQ has designed and executed hundreds of exit plans for middle market business owners throughout the United States.

He and his wife Colleen live in Utah and have been married for 45 years. They have six children and 16 grandchildren. Ric is an artist, and enjoys cycling, basketball, golf, pickleball, water skiing and snow skiing.
