Amanda Pitts has nearly two decades of healthcare leadership experience focused on mental health and addiction treatment. As Chief Executive Officer at Westminster, Amanda is responsible for driving positive patient outcomes while delivering the highest level of services and quality of care that is responsive to patients’ needs.

Amanda joins Recovery Centers of America from The Coleman Institute For Addiction Medicine where she served as Executive Director. She previously held leadership roles at HEMA, Spectrum Health Systems, and South Bay Mental Health Center.

Amanda lives in Hanson, Massachusetts, earned a bachelor’s degree in social psychology, and a master’s degree in applied sociology, both from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She holds an Alcohol and Drug Counselor 1 license and is certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
