The mission of the Liquidity Event Committee is to prepare our members to sell their companies.
The committee will combine the resources of the Mid-Market to:
- Develop and create opportunities for our members who want to sell their company.
- Provide our members with special resources to assess, structure and fund deals.
- Share best practices for the exit process.
