As CEO of Amwins Connect, Becky Patel has been instrumental in developing every facet of the newest general agency in the country. Being a leader in the Group Benefits division of Amwins, Amwins Connect has US-based offices and teams that provide services, technology, and resources to insurance brokers and agencies of all sizes.

Throughout her career, Becky has orchestrated innovative solutions – from product access, customer care, technology, industry education, and customized sales and marketing support – for thousands of insurance brokers. Her vision for the industry’s direction has driven her to create robust sales models and new product offerings that have set current industry standards. She is widely recognized for her business acumen as well as her uplifting and motivational management style.

Becky started her career as a front desk representative at LISI more than 30 years ago. Over the years, she has successfully held and improved each position within the organization. Today, she leads over 350 people as the chief executive of a national health insurance/employee benefits distribution/sales organization. She leads with a level of compassion, grace, and poise that’s rare in corporate America.
