Renee Cacchillo is a 20+ year veteran of the retail and consulting industry. Since joining Safelite in 2011, she’s held a variety of leadership roles in operations, advertising, digital, customer experience and technology. In 2019, she was promoted to EVP, Customer Experience Officer and in late 2021 became President and CEO. Renee works closely with the senior leadership team, positioning Safelite as a People Powered, Customer Driven organization with the purpose of bringing unexpected happiness. She focuses Safelite’s 16,000 associates on delivering on the company’s vision and business goals while also making a difference in the lives of nearly 11 million customers each year.
