Chris Patsiga

CEO, Telaid

Chris Patsiga serves as CEO of Telaid, a trusted technology integrator for more than 35 years. With more than two decades of experience at Telaid, including roles in product management, marketing, account management and operations, Chris began his career by focusing on fully understanding the customer experience. He was quickly promoted to COO. In this role, he engineered processes to ensure successful, repeatable deployments for Telaid’s Fortune 500 multi-site clients. Under his leadership, Telaid has more than tripled? its revenues, grown its client base and vastly expanded its service offerings. He has spearheaded development and
integration of Telaid offices in Los Angeles, Atlanta Bentonville, Arkansas and Madison, Wisconsin.

Chris earned a Bachelors in Marketing from Bentley University. A cycling enthusiast and supporter of community enrichment organizations in the local Connecticut area, Chris’ passion for success and continuous improvement drives him to provide vision that is leading Telaid toward revenue growth and zero defect deployments for its clients.
