Before co-launching Genesys, Caryn served as a Senior Vice President of Health and Welfare Consulting at one of the Largest Publicly Traded Firms in the world and as a Senior Business Development Executive for SunLife Financial and GE Capital / Genworth Financial. Her educational background helped to bring her to each path she has traveled, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management from the University of Georgia and a Certificate in Business and Economics from Oxford University.
