In her work with CEOs and senior executives, Michelle is known for her no-nonsense, direct approach which gets right to the core of a leader’s issues. She advises and coaches senior level executives to create company cultures that attract and retain critical talent at all levels. Her leadership coaching has expanded key executives’ effectiveness and their ability to improve their organization’s results. Michelle received her MBA in HR Management and Systems from the University of Albany and earned her Executive Coaching Certificate at iCoach NY, part of the Zicklin School of Business.
