Kenneth Beck
Kenneth is the Chief Executive Officer of CEO Connection. A lifelong entrepreneur, he has launched and run several successful businesses throughout his career. In addition to running CEO Connection, he also operates Beck Enterprises as a conduit for his other ventures, including Member Services, and RJ Real Estate. Kenneth previously served as CEO of Beck Office Furniture, which he built into the largest retail office furniture chain in New York before selling the enterprise in May 2004. As President of the Wharton Club of New York, he transformed the organization from an events-driven group to an active association with more than 250 volunteers, all committed to fostering the personal and professional growth of Wharton alumni.

Kenneth holds an undergraduate degree from Tufts University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He currently serves on several boards, including Ivy Technologies and the Penn Club.

George Bradt
George is a Principal at CEO Connection. He is also the Managing Director of executive on-boarding and transition acceleration group PrimeGenesis. Since the company's inception in 2002, George and PrimeGenesis have reduced the risk of failure fourfold among their clientele—from 40% to less than 10%—by helping them and their teams deliver better results faster. George has advanced through sales, marketing and general management roles around the world with several members of the Fortune 500, including Unilever, Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola. He also served J.D. Power and Associates as Chief Executive of its Power Information Network spin-off.

George holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He is the author of The New Leader’s 100-Day Action Plan (Wiley, 2006 and 2009), Onboarding: How To Get Your New Employees Up To Speed In Half The Time (Wiley, 2009) and "The Total Onboarding Program: An Integrated Approach To Talent" (Pfeiffer, 2010).
